Weight Watchers Cheesecake Bites:

Ingredients
8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar substitute (like Stevia or monk fruit)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Cooking spray
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and lightly coat them with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the non-fat Greek yogurt, sugar substitute, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until the batter is smooth.
Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup almost to the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until the cheesecake bites are set.
Allow the cheesecake bites to cool in the muffin tin, then transfer them to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
Once chilled, remove the cheesecake bites from the muffin tin and serve.
Optionally, you can top each cheesecake bite with a dollop of light whipped cream or fresh berries.
Note: Adjust the quantity of sugar substitute according to your taste preferences. Additionally, you can experiment with different crust alternatives or omit it altogether to further reduce points.

Enjoy your Weight Watchers Cheesecake Bites with reduced points!
