Weight Watchers Candied Pecans

Ingredients:

2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the pecan halves, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Toss until the pecans are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the pecans and toss again to ensure the sugar evenly coats the pecans.

Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pecans are golden and fragrant.

Remove the candied pecans from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, break apart any clusters of pecans.

Store in an airtight container.
