Ingredients

  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Butter Substitute (I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter), melted
  • 1 cup Erythritol
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat together butter substitute and erythritol in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently just until well incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into an 8”x8” pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Leave on a cooling rack for a few minutes before slicing.
