Ingredients
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Butter Substitute (I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter), melted
- 1 cup Erythritol
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat together butter substitute and erythritol in a bowl.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently just until well incorporated.
- Pour mixture into an 8”x8” pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Leave on a cooling rack for a few minutes before slicing.
