Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small red pepper, diced
  • 1 small yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 small orange pepper, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 low-fat soft taco shell (or any low-point tortilla)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a round cake pan with cooking spray.
