Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffins

These Weight Watchers blueberry muffins are perfect for when you want a tart pop of a traditional blueberry muffin within your WW points.

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
    Step 2: In a mixing bowl combine the mashed banana, applesauce, eggs, and oil.
    Step 3: Stir in the flour.
    Step 4: Fold in the blueberries.
    Step 5: Fill each section of the muffin tin ¾ of the way full.
    Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
