Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)
Ingredients:-
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons granulated sweetener (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)
Instructions:-
- Begin by freezing the sliced banana. It’s best to slice the banana before freezing to make it easier to blend.
- Once the banana slices are frozen, place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
- If you prefer a thicker frosty, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
- Once the mixture is smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.
- Pour the banana frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately…
