Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)

Ingredients:-

  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons granulated sweetener (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)

Instructions:-

  1. Begin by freezing the sliced banana. It’s best to slice the banana before freezing to make it easier to blend.
  2. Once the banana slices are frozen, place them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
  4. If you prefer a thicker frosty, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
  6. Once the mixture is smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.
  7. Pour the banana frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately…
