Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-point milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Freeze Bananas:
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- Place the banana slices in a single layer on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid (about 2 hours or overnight).
- Blend Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, vanilla extract, and zero-calorie sweetener.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Adjust Sweetness:
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more zero-calorie sweetener if desired.
- Add Ice Cubes:
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is thick and frosty.
- Serve:
- Pour the Banana Frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately.
