Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-point milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Freeze Bananas:
    • Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
    • Place the banana slices in a single layer on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid (about 2 hours or overnight).
  2. Blend Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, vanilla extract, and zero-calorie sweetener.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  4. Adjust Sweetness:
    • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more zero-calorie sweetener if desired.
  5. Add Ice Cubes:
    • Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is thick and frosty.
  6. Serve:
    • Pour the Banana Frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately.
