Weight Watchers Air Fryer Donuts!!!

Ingredients:
For the Donuts:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute (e.g., Stevia or erythritol)
- 1 egg (or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce for an eggless version)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Glaze (optional):
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar substitute (e.g., powdered erythritol)
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Donut Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, unsweetened applesauce, Greek yogurt, sugar substitute, egg (or applesauce), baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Fill Donut Pan:
- Lightly spray a donut pan designed for the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill the Donut Cavities:
- Spoon or pipe the donut batter into the donut pan’s cavities, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Air Fry the Donuts:
- Place the donut pan in the preheated air fryer and air fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and Cool:
- Carefully remove the donuts from the pan and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare the Glaze (Optional):
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar substitute, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract to create a glaze. Adjust the consistency with more or less almond milk as needed.
- Glaze the Donuts:
- Once the donuts have cooled, dip the top of each donut into the glaze, allowing any excess to drip off.
