Weight watcher Magic Bars With Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets)
  • 2 tbsp light butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut evenly over the sweetened condensed milk layer.
  5. Gently press down on the toppings with the back of a spoon to make sure they adhere to the condensed milk.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are slightly toasted.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares.

  • Makes 16 bars.
