Weight watcher Magic Bars With Pecans
Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets)
- 2 tbsp light butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut evenly over the sweetened condensed milk layer.
- Gently press down on the toppings with the back of a spoon to make sure they adhere to the condensed milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are slightly toasted.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares.
