Vegan Tostada

Ingredients:

4 tostada shells

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

1 small red onion, chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

1 lime, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, hot sauce, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until they are crispy.

In a small bowl, mash the black beans with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mashed beans on each tostada shell.

Top each tostada with chopped red onion, tomato, and avocado slices.

Squeeze lime juice over the tostadas.

If desired, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and add hot sauce, vegan cheese, or vegan sour cream.

Serve immediately and enjoy your vegan tostada!
