Vegan (Plant Based) stir fry


Ingredients:
Sesame oil
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
Broccoli Stalk
Sweet Potato (Kūmara)
Cabbage
Leek
Garlic Shoots
Courgette (Zucchini)
Soy Sauce (low sodium & Vegan)
Chinese cooking Wine (Vegan)
Cracked black pepper
Sea salt
Beef free “Beefy Bits” (Sunfed plant Protein)
UFC Banana Sauce
Chilli Flakes.
This will last us both an easy 4 days of pure plant based nutrition, planet friendly and satisfyingly delicious meals. My partner still thinks the “Beef” is actual meat. I will tell him when we’re more established with the cruelty free food!
