Vegan Fudge Recipe

🍫 Easy Vegan Fudge

Yields: About 16 small squares

Prep time: 10 min | Chill time: 2+ hours


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips or chopped vegan chocolate
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (well stirred)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate:
    In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut milk. Set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add sweetener and vanilla:
    Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Add mix-ins:
    Fold in any nuts, coconut, or sea salt flakes if using.
  4. Pour & chill:
    Pour mixture into a small lined dish (8×8 inch or smaller). Smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate:
    Chill for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Cut & serve:
    Remove from dish, cut into squares, and enjoy!
