VEGAN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE DONUTS

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond milk or soy milk)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a large zip-top bag with a corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
