VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH LOAF

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the softened vegan butter, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and enjoy your vegan chocolate chip cookie dough loaf!
Note: If you’d like to add some extra texture and flavor to your loaf, you can sprinkle some additional chocolate chips on top of the dough before baking. You can also adjust the amount of sugar based on your personal preference.
