🥣 Instructions
1. Make the Dough

- Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
🍽 Tips
- Firmer Filling: Squeeze out excess moisture from cauliflower before mixing.
- Make Ahead: Freeze shaped dumplings uncooked. Steam/fry directly from frozen (add 1–2 minutes).
- Flavor Boost: Add a few drops of sesame oil or a pinch of chili flakes to the filling.
🌱 Variations
- Vegan Cheese Cauliflower Dumplings: Add 2 tbsp vegan mozzarella or nutritional yeast.
- Spicy Dumplings: Add 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste to the filling.
- High-Protein Version: Mix in ½ cup cooked lentils, edamame, or crumbled tofu to the filling for extra protein.
