VEGAN CASHEW CHEEZ SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 4-6 hours, then drained
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 cup vegetable broth or water (adjust for desired thickness)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring frequently.
Adjust the thickness by adding more vegetable broth or water as needed.
