π«π Blueberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients (1β2 servings)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices (peeled)
- 1 ripe banana (adds creaminess and natural sweetness)
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (plain or vanilla β optional for creaminess)
- 1β2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- A few ice cubes (if using fresh fruit and you want it colder)
π₯£ Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency by adding more plant milk if needed.
- Taste and sweeten if necessary with maple syrup or agave.
- Serve immediately in a glass or smoothie bowl. Top with fresh fruit, chia seeds, or granola if desired.

- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- Handful of spinach (adds nutrients but wonβt overpower flavor)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (for richness and extra calories)
