π Vegan 5-Minute Caramel Walnuts

Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw walnut halves
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional, for extra caramel crunch)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (or any neutral oil)
- Β½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Splash of vanilla extract (optional, ΒΌ tsp)
π₯ Directions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the walnuts, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and coconut oil to the pan.
- Stir constantly for about 3β5 minutes, until the syrup thickens and the walnuts are coated and glossy.
- Add salt, cinnamon, and vanilla (if using) in the last 30 seconds. Keep stirring to prevent burning.
- Once theyβre well-coated and slightly sticky, remove from heat and spread them on parchment paper or a plate to cool. Theyβll crisp up as they cool.
