Two Points Weight Watchers Protein Waffle

Two Points Weight Watchers Protein Waffle Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- Add 1/4 cup Clean Simple Vanilla Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 large egg
- 3-4 tbsp of water
- a dash of almond, lemon, or vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine eggs, protein powder, baking powder, and water in a bowl.
- Mix with a wire whisk or fork.
- The batter should be on the thinner side. But not too thin. (Too much water will make the batter overflow.)
- Spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray then add the batter into the waffle iron.
- Remove from the waffle iron.
