Tried Cod in Air Fryer

Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets (fresh or thawed, about 4–6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crisp)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat dry the cod with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Press the cod fillets into the mixture to coat both sides well.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (spray basket if needed).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
