🥖 Ingredients

  • Pinch salt & black pepper
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Bread (if homemade)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, olive oil, and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into small lined loaf pan.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.

2️⃣ Prepare the Topping

  1. Mix olive oil and minced garlic.
  2. Stir in diced tomato, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let sit 5–10 minutes for flavors to blend.

3️⃣ Assemble

  1. Toast bread slices lightly.
  2. Spoon tomato mixture over warm bread.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
