🧃 Thyroid & Immunity Boosting Juice Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 stalks celery (rich in minerals, supports adrenal and thyroid health)
  • 1 cucumber (hydrating, cooling, supports lymphatic system)
  • 1 green apple (adds sweetness and quercetin for immunity)
  • ½ lemon (vitamin C + liver detox support)
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory, supports immune system)
  • ½ teaspoon seaweed powder or a small piece of dulse/kelp (natural source of iodine — key for thyroid hormone production)
  • Optional: A pinch of selenium-rich Brazil nut powder (or 1 Brazil nut) – supports thyroid hormone conversion

🛠️ Instructions:

If Using a Juicer:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Juice the celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger.
  3. Stir in seaweed powder and crushed Brazil nut (if using).
  4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.

If Using a Blender:

  1. Chop all ingredients and add to blender with ¼ cup water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
  4. Stir in seaweed powder and Brazil nut (crushed or powdered).
  5. Drink fresh.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Iodine & Selenium are crucial for thyroid support, but don’t overdo it—moderation is key.
  • If you have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (autoimmune), consult your doctor before increasing iodine intake.
  • Ginger and lemon give it a warming, cleansing effect—great for sluggish metabolism and immune activation.

🕒 When to Drink:

  • First thing in the morning (empty stomach)
  • Or mid-afternoon, at least 1 hour before or after meals
