Three Ingredient Strawberry Nice Cream


  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)


  1. Freeze the Fruit:
    • Before starting, make sure to freeze the strawberries and banana slices. It’s best to freeze them for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • Place the frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, and almond milk in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Start blending on low, gradually increasing the speed to high. Use a tamper or stop and scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything blends evenly.
  4. Achieve a Smooth Consistency:
    • Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This may take a few minutes, and you may need to pause and scrape the sides occasionally.
  5. Serve Immediately:
    • Once the nice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, you can serve it immediately.
  6. Optional: Freeze for Firmer Texture:
    • If you prefer a firmer texture, you can transfer the nice cream to a lidded container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
  7. Garnish (Optional):
    • Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries or other toppings of your choice.
