Three Ingredient No bake chocolate peanut butter balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey (or a sugar-free sweetener for a low-carb version)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- Optional: Dark chocolate chips for coating
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
- Microwave the peanut butter and honey mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the rolled oats to the peanut butter mixture and mix until the oats are evenly coated.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined tray.
- If desired, melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to set. You can speed up the process by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
