Three Ingredient No bake chocolate peanut butter balls


  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey (or a sugar-free sweetener for a low-carb version)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • Optional: Dark chocolate chips for coating


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter and honey mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the peanut butter mixture and mix until the oats are evenly coated.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined tray.
  6. If desired, melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  7. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set. You can speed up the process by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Once the chocolate is set, your Three-Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls are ready to be enjoyed!
