🛒 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
    (sweetened & spiced — if using plain pumpkin purée, see notes below)
  • 1 frozen banana
    (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1–2 tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower for richness & healthy fats)

❄️ Optional Add-Ins (highly recommended):

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (if you like it extra spiced!)
  • 1–2 soft Medjool dates (if using unsweetened purée)
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder (for extra nutrition)
  • Ice cubes (for a thicker, colder smoothie)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
    Add liquids first for easier blending.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (30–45 seconds).
    Scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Adjust texture
    Add more plant milk for a thinner smoothie, or ice for a thicker one.
  4. Serve immediately in a glass or bowl. Top with granola, pumpkin seeds, or a dash of cinnamon if desired!

📝 Notes

  • Using plain pumpkin purée instead?
    No problem — just add:
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup or a pitted date
    • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
      to mimic the flavor of pumpkin pie filling.
  • Banana substitute:
    Use 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower or 1/2 avocado + 1–2 dates for a banana-free version.
