Tennessee Onions

Ingredients:
- 3-4 large sweet onions (Vidalia or any mild variety)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prep the Onions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and slice the onions into thick rings (about ½ inch). Separate the rings gently. - Layer the Goodness:
In a baking dish, arrange the onion rings in layers. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the onions. - Season it Right:
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper over the onions. Toss them gently to coat. - Cheese Overload:
