Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites 

Ingredients:

1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme leaves)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)


Instructions:

Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they develop a nice sear. Adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about a minute until fragrant.

Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle dried thyme (or fresh thyme leaves) over the steak bites and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Remove the skillet from heat, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve the Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites hot.

Optionally, serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
