  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)

  • 3 bell peppers (red & green), chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (no sugar added)
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (instead of white rice)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Β½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional:

  • Β½ cup shredded mozzarella for topping
  • Fresh parsley

  5. Add cauliflower rice.
