Strawberry Ice Cream Mug Cake
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1/8 tsp salt
– 3 tbsp milk
– 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp chopped strawberries
– 2 scoops strawberry ice cream
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
5. Top with strawberry ice cream before serving.
