Strawberry Banana Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix regular or sugar free
- 1/2 cup Whipped topping (Tru Whip or Cool Whip) regular or sugar free
- 16 oz. strawberries sliced
- 4 bananas sliced
- 1/4 cup vanilla wafer cookies crushed
Optional
- extra whipped topping or cookies for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium sized bowl mix milk, Greek yogurt and vanilla pudding mix until thoroughly combined. Let set for 5 minutes or according to pudding package instructions.
- Next, mix in whipped topping to the pudding mix until combined.
- In a large bowl or trifle dish, layer vanilla pudding, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, then another layer of pudding, strawberries, etc until the bowl is full. Top with crushed vanilla wafer cookies and more whipped topping if desired.
NOTES
Note: If making this ahead of time, I recommend keeping the pudding and whipped topping separate and then adding layers of whipped topping in between pudding layers. This will ensure the pudding stays “set”.
