Strawberry & Cream Shake recipe

Ingredients:

1 scoop of strawberry-flavored whey protein powder (30g protein)

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 calories, 1g fat)

– 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt (50 calories, 5g protein, 0g sugar)

– 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (25 calories, 1g sugar)

– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract ( negligible calories)

– Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

1. Combine protein powder, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, frozen strawberries, and vanilla extract in a blender.

2. Blend mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.

3. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker consistency.

4. Blend again until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.
