- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: Chocolate chips or a square of chocolate in the center for a molten surprise
