- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (no sugar added)

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Pour sauce over beef.
