- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

1. Prep slow cooker
- Lightly grease or line with parchment paper.
2. Mix ingredients
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder, vanilla, salt, and oats (or oat flour).
- Stir until a thick dough forms. Add chocolate chips last.
3. Slow cook (optional for melty mix)
- Place mixture in slow cooker on LOW for 30 minutes just to soften and blend (stir halfway).
- Or skip slow cooker and mix by hand if your peanut butter is soft.
4. Shape bites
- Scoop small spoonfuls and roll into balls or press into a lined baking dish to cut squares later.
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
