  • 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats (blend to oat flour for smoother texture)
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

1. Prep slow cooker

  • Lightly grease or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder, vanilla, salt, and oats (or oat flour).

3. Slow cook (optional for melty mix)

  • Place mixture in slow cooker on LOW for 30 minutes just to soften and blend (stir halfway).

4. Shape bites
