Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add Seasoning and Cream Cheese:
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook:
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred the Chicken:
- Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred it directly in the slow cooker.
- Add Cheddar Cheese and Bacon:
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon to the shredded chicken. Stir until well combined.
- Heat Through:
- Cover the slow cooker and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired. Serve the crack chicken over rice, pasta, or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.
