🦐 Shrimp and Avocado Bowls with Mango Salsa & Lime Chili Sauce


🔥 For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

🥭 For the Mango Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

🥑 For the Bowl Base:

  • 2 cups cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
  • 1–2 ripe avocados, sliced or cubed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce, spinach, or mixed greens (optional)
  • Optional: black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions

🌶️ For the Lime Chili Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional, for heat)
  • Pinch of salt
