salmon patties Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 6–8 patties):
- 1 (14–15 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked (or 1½ cups cooked fresh salmon)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter for frying
🔥 Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, onion, mustard, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until fully combined. - Form patties:
Shape mixture into 6–8 patties, about ½ inch thick. - Cook:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon and your favorite dipping sauce — tartar, sriracha mayo, or garlic yogurt dip.
