Roasted Air Fryer Fresh Corn

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or any seasoning of your choice
  • Optional: lime wedges and chopped cilantro for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Corn:
    • Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or melted butter.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.
  3. Cook the Corn:
    • Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
    • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, turning the corn halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting. The corn is done when it’s tender and has a nice roasted color.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
    • If desired, squeeze lime juice over the corn and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
