Pumpkin Protein Bundt Cakes
These little Bundt cakes provide all the fall flavor you need at only 2 W/W points each ! They’re made with kodiak cakes mix, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, and dvash organics natural date sugar. These are a must try if you’re trying to eat healthier.
Ingredients
- *2 eggs
- *1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- *1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- *11/2 teaspoon chai extract
- *3/4 cup pure pumpkin
- *1 1/2 cup kodiak cakes mix
- *1 teaspoon baking powder
- *1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Topping:
- *1 Tbsp light butter melted
- *1/2 tablespoon @dvashorganics date
- sugar
- *1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Baked at 350° for about 16 minutes.

- The pan is Nordic Ware. Most people make 12 smaller muffins for 1 pt each… but I like the bigger cake version. Feels more fancy.
