Potato and broccoli casserole
Ingredients
500gr potatoes
500gr broccoli
200gr oat cream
150gr vegan grated cheese substitute (I used Simply as it melts nicely).
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt
Baking time: 50 minutes at 200°C convection oven
Instructions:
This is really a simple recipe!
Preheat the oven in time. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices of about 2.5 cm. Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces. I bake/cook the florets belly with. Give first the potatoes on in the baking dish then broccoli on top of each other. In a large key mix the oat cream, spices and 50gr of vegan cheese with. Now pour the cream sauce evenly over the casserole dish. Bake the whole thing and after 25 minutes mix everything with a fork and add the rest of the vegan cheese on top of the casserole and let it bake for another 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and baked as golden brown as you like it.
