PISTACHIO CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups Of Cooked Chicken, Diced (I Often Use Rotisserie Chicken!)
- ⅓ Cup Of Shredded Carrots, Roughly Chopped
- ⅓ Cup Pistachios, Roughly Chopped
- 3 Tbsp Of Scallions, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Of Dijon Mustard
- ⅓ Cup Of Mayonnaise
- Trader Joe’s Jalapeno Sauce, To Taste Depending On Spice Levels!
- Salt + Pepper
- Lettuce, For Serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In A Large Bowl, Combine The Chicken, Carrots, Pistachios, And Scallions And Toss To Combine. Add The Dijon Mustard, Mayonnaise, And Trader Joe’s Jalapeño Sauce And Mix Well Until Combined.
- Add More Jalapeño Sauce Until You Get Your Desired Spice Level. Season To Taste With Salt And Pepper And Chill Before Serving In Lettuce Wraps.
