Ingredients (12–16 pinwheels)
6 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped & well-drained
1–2 tbsp pickle juice (optional, for extra tang)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Black pepper, to taste
2–3 large low-carb tortillas (or deli meat slices for zero-carb)
Chopped fresh dill
Crumbled bacon
Chopped ham or turkey
Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly over tortillas (edge to edge).
Roll tightly into logs.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 30–60 minutes for clean slices.
Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Make It Zero-Carb
Skip tortillas and roll the filling inside ham or turkey slices

Drain pickles very well to avoid soggy pinwheels
