INGREDIENTS CAKE1 box yellow cake mix2 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup butter meltedFILLING1 8 oz. package full fat cream cheese, softened2 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp heavy cream1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup butter melted4 cups confectioners sugarINSTRUCTIONSPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray a 9-inch by 3-inch round cake pan with baking spray or line bottom with parchment paper.Combine cake mix, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter in a bowl until fully incorporated.Press cake mixture into bottom of prepared pan and get it as flat as possible.FILLINGIn a stand mixer beat cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla, salt and melted butter on medium speed until creamed.Stir in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time.Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mixture.Bake for 35-45 minutes.
