Oyster mushrooms

Ingredients
Just egg
Almond milk
Pink Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Salt free 14 spice blend or total seasoning
Hot Sauce of choice
Make a dry batter using almond flour or regular flour
Season to taste with similar spices listed above
Coat oyster mushrooms in wet batter and let soak for 5-7 min and then add to dry batter. Shake off any excess. For a super crispy crust you can repeat this process.
Heat a cast iron skillet with vegetable oil or grape seed oil. Fry until golden brown and delicious. Remember you don’t have to cook it like chicken so once the outside is golden it’s done.
Sprinkle with parsley for color and enjoy
