Dry:

Wet:
- 3 eggs

🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sweetener, yogurt, oil, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour into a greased or lined cake pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
