ONLY 1 POINT! Home Made WW Potstickers Cabbage

Ingredients:-
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coconut flour for dusting
Instructions:-
- Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Shred the cabbage using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pork mixture and mix until well combined.
- Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the filling onto a cabbage leaf and fold it into a half-moon shape. Use a fork to crimp the edges together.
- Repeat the process with the remaining filling and cabbage leaves.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Place the potstickers in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover with a lid. Let the potstickers steam for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the potstickers with your favorite dipping sauce.
