One pot tofu stir fry

One pot Tofu stir fry


  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • three tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 10 mushrooms…
  • olive oil cooking spray


  1. Slice and brown the tofu till it is kinda krispy ( in olive oil spray or use a little sesame oil) add three tbs low sodium soy sauce mix in sliced onions and sliced mushrooms…
  2. Stir fry till everything is cooked through like 10 minutes or so…
  3. i just eat it plain –straight out of the pot! Zero weight watchers points too! serve on a bed of cauliflower rice!
