One pot Tofu stir fry
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- three tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- 10 mushrooms…
- olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice and brown the tofu till it is kinda krispy ( in olive oil spray or use a little sesame oil) add three tbs low sodium soy sauce mix in sliced onions and sliced mushrooms…
- Stir fry till everything is cooked through like 10 minutes or so…
- i just eat it plain –straight out of the pot! Zero weight watchers points too! serve on a bed of cauliflower rice!
