Slice and brown the tofu till it is kinda krispy ( in olive oil spray or use a little sesame oil) add three tbs low sodium soy sauce mix in sliced onions and sliced mushrooms…
Stir fry till everything is cooked through like 10 minutes or so…
i just eat it plain –straight out of the pot! Zero weight watchers points too! serve on a bed of cauliflower rice!
