One Pot Goulash – WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fat-free ground turkey breast
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper and minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the paprika, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Next add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then add the macaroni noodles.
  3. Make sure the noodles are covered by the liquid, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check to make sure the noodles are done, then serve.
