One Pot Goulash – WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fat-free ground turkey breast
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper and minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Next add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then add the macaroni noodles.
- Make sure the noodles are covered by the liquid, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check to make sure the noodles are done, then serve.
