Ingredients:

  • 1 container (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Free)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pudding:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and skim milk until smooth and thickened (about 2-3 minutes). Let it sit for a couple of minutes to set properly.
  2. Fold in the Whipped Topping:
    • Once the pudding is set, gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix as you want to keep the mixture light and airy.
  3. Add Fresh Fruit (Optional):

  4. Chill and Serve:
