One Point Heavenly Whipped Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix (any flavor you prefer, such as vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 cups skim milk (or any low-fat milk alternative)
- 1 container (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Free)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (optional, for added flavor and texture)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pudding:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and skim milk until smooth and thickened (about 2-3 minutes). Let it sit for a couple of minutes to set properly.
- Fold in the Whipped Topping:
- Once the pudding is set, gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix as you want to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Add Fresh Fruit (Optional):
- If you are adding fresh fruit, fold it gently into the mixture. Berries, bananas, or peaches work well, but you can use any fruit you like.
- Chill and Serve:
