One bowl Eggless Vanilla Cake

This is a very basic simple recipe that can be used as a base for many types of cake you can use as a base for birthday or anniversary cakes.

Dry Ingredients:

– 1 and 3/4 cups (210 grams) of all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp of Baking soda

– 1/2 tsp of salt

– 1 cup (200 grams) of sugar

Wet Ingredients:

– 1 cup of water

– 6 tbsp of Oil

– 1 tbsp of lemon juice

– 1 tsp of vanilla extract

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking pan.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

3. Add the wet ingredients (water, oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract) to the dry ingredients.
